CEO - Founder // Lance ogren
With his background in both Marketing and Film Production, Glomaster Productions/Corporate Films CEO and founder, Lance Ogren, understands the needs of businesses for targeted content to expand their reach and has the cinematographic experience and vision to cut through the clutter in this new world of multimedia and social media engagement.
After graduating in Film Production, Marketing and Theatre from Boise State University, Lance honed his craft working along some established names in the industry including: Billy Brown (Evidential Productions), Richard Marx (Disney), and Whispering Bill Anderson (Grand Ole Opry).
With clients from across the country, from California to Florida, and working on international projects in Ireland and Brazil, Lance has extensive experience with commercials, live concerts, music videos, industrial videos, TV interview programs on Satellite TV, and directing a TV show pilot.
Lance relocated his company from California to Nashville, Tennessee, 10 years ago to expand and offer his video production services to Nashville’s thriving music industry, creative entrepreneurs and business owners.
Creative Director // Irenka STyle
An artist at heart, Irenka has had her hands in many disciplines and projects.
A web designer, graphic designer, musician, painter, and video producer, her experiences include working as a director and assistant director on music video shoots, consulting on social media strategies and audience growth, video editing, photo editing, designing promotional material, redesigning websites, logos, and polishing overall branding and online image of companies, artists, and independent business owners.
Studying social media engagement and audience building from top experts in the music industry, Irenka has a hands-on understanding of how non-conventional advertising works. With her broad range of skill sets, she accompanies every project from the brainstorming stages and honing on a vision with the customer to the final delivery of the product while coordinating with her team. She is passionate about innovation and new medias, and use them to explore the possibilities that will make each project unique and different.
Irenka grew up in Belgium. She joined the team of Corporate Films in 2019 to contribute with her creative input and ideas.
